At SEHHE, we ensure quality checking before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
- You received a damaged product, or
- You received a wrong product different from what was ordered.
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return:
- The product must be unused and unwashed
- Original tags must be intact
- Product must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is mandatory
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Sarees or garments once worn or washed
- Products damaged due to customer handling
- Products returned after 7 days
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
Refund Process
- After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by SEHHE.
- In other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
