 At SEHHE, we ensure quality checking before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return only if:
  • You received a damaged product, or
  • You received a wrong product different from what was ordered.
  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for return:
  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • Original tags must be intact
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is mandatory
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
  • Sarees or garments once worn or washed
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products returned after 7 days
  • Products purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned)
Refund Process
  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timeline: 7–10 business days after approval.
Return Shipping
  • If the return is approved due to our error (damaged or wrong product), return shipping will be arranged or reimbursed by SEHHE.
  • In other cases, return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
